Professional Community Support
Our CEO and Founder Lyndsey volunteers as an active committee member of the local CIPD branch in Cumbria, contributing expertise and time to strengthen our local HR community. As part of the local committee Lyndsey helps organise and facilitate professional development events addressing current HR challenges as well as providing careers advice and guidance to emerging HR professionals. This focus helps create valuable networking opportunities that connect and empower local HR practitioners.
Charitable Donations & Support
Foxgroves are a proud member of "Club 24" supporting both Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw Children's Hospice in Carlisle. This wonderful facility provides support for local adults and Children and their families facing life limiting illnesses by providing a place for them to come for respite and end of life care. As an active member of “Club 24” our support funds a full 24 hours of essential care annually for families during their most challenging times. Lyndsey also actively promotes awareness of hospice care needs within our local business network.
We offer special reduced recruitment fees for local non-profits and social enterprises across the region recognising the ever pressing financial pressures on the charitable sector.
Ethical Recruitment & Inclusive Practices
Foxgroves promised to maintain transparent communication with all candidates and employers and adopt a fair and unbiased candidate screening processes for all roles. We protect candidate privacy and handle personal data with utmost responsibility. We will always challenge discriminatory job requirements and promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure all job descriptions use inclusive language. Our Founder is passionate about building a diverse candidate pool that reflects our community.
Youth Career Development & Education
Lyndsey also volunteers as an Agile Enterprise Adviser for the Cumbria Careers Hub, bridging the gap between education and the world of work by providing strategic guidance to schools and colleges on employer engagement, industry insights and career strategies. She also supports young people to make informed career choices through mentoring and guidance by sharing insights and pathways into recruitment and HR careers. Her talks and school workshops aim to inspire the next generation by connecting classroom learning to workplace realities.
Environmental Responsibility
Foxgroves pledges to maintain digital-first operations to minimise paper usage and to conduct video interviews where appropriate to reduce unnecessary travel and reduce pollution. Where possible we use eco-friendly office supplies and practices.
