Lyndsey Fitheridge, CEO and founder is a CIPD level 5 qualified HR professional with a degree in HR Management gained from The University of Central Lancashire. With a solid 20 year track record in corporate and education recruitment she has successfully catered to the recruitment and training needs of various local and renowned national clients. Lyndsey has previously worked as a Director and Board Member for a private recruitment and training business in Carlisle for ten years prior to setting up Foxgroves. She excels in building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients and candidates which has resulted in 1000’s of successful candidate placements during her career. Lyndsey is celebrated for her transparent and forthright professional approach.
