Meet the Team
Lyndsey Fitheridge (left) is our CEO and founder and is a qualified HR professional. With a solid 20 year track record in corporate and education recruitment she has successfully catered to the recruitment and training needs of various local and renowned national clients. Lyndsey has also worked as a Director for a private training provider and recruitment agency in Carlisle for ten years prior to Foxgroves. She excels in building and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and candidates which has resulted in 1000’s of successful candidate placements during her career. Lyndsey is celebrated for her transparent and forthright professional approach. The fusion of Lyndsey's interest in digital marketing coupled with her passion for recruitment and HR led to the inception of Foxgroves Recruitment.
Rachael Wilkinson (right) is our Associate Director and joined the Foxgroves Family in July 2024 to help us achieve our ambitious expansion plans to offer more clients and candidate recruitment support into Lancaster and Morecambe. Rachael began her recruitment career with Reed in Lancaster, recruiting across the HR and Business Support space placing 100’s of candidates during her tenure. More recently Rachael has worked as an HR Manager for a business in Kendal which has only added to her skill set improving her appreciation and understanding of recruitment from a client perspective.
Rachael and Lyndsey create a wonderful blend of professionalism, honestly and approachability for their clients and together can cater for the HR and Business Support market across Cumbria, NE and North Lancs.
